We're primarily a permanent recruitment specialist meaning we focus on job opportunities that involve placing individuals with organisations in a full time, permanent role. We work with companies to assist in creating job descriptions, job adverts and provide general industry and job specific advice before sourcing candidates through various means. We pre-screen candidates before sending CV's and facilitate the interview process by arranging and managing the interviews. If we're successful in placing a candidate with a company we charge a pre agreed fee based on a percentage of the agreed salary offered by the company to the candidate. If you're a company who has hired through us, you will also have an agreed rebate in place over a certain period which will provide a partial refund should the placement not work out.
For certain, specific recruitment projects we may recommend a retained option. This involves a partial, upfront payment in order to begin the search and a final payment upon placement of a candidate.

Although we generally recommend our usual service of permanent recruitment by paying a one off fee, we appreciate some of our customers may have a preference for other options. Another service we offer is job advertising through our various job boards & social media. Again, we work with you to create a job advert and fully understand requirements before posting the advert through our various sources. We then filter out candidates we believe are most relevant before sending them onto you and allowing you to manage the process from there. This option gives customers and opportunity to benefit from out experience of job advertising to enable better candidate reach in addition to taking the time and hassle away of managing the application process at a lower cost to paying recruitment fees. We post through 10 jobs boards and have a LinkedIN reach of over 20,000 individuals quite often in specific sectors. We would therefore urge our customers consider this option for some of the more high volume positions that we can assist them with.
