RR & B Garages are one of the leading independent Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor car specialists and proud member of the ‘Rolls-Royce and Bentley Specialist Association’ making them part of a small association of very skilled and successful dealers of prestige and vintage models. They specialise in Bentley GT servicing but have experience of all models from vintage through to modern classics and as a result have a highly skilled workforce.

As a local business to Alexander James Recruiting, RR & B contacted us after a referral from another, local customer who recommended our services. Despite this being out of our normal remit we arranged a meeting with the General Manager to discuss how we may be able to help. It was clear that RR & B certainly required a solutions based approach given that the restoration work they carried out required a certain skill and attitude level that isn't easy to find. Having not used recruitment agencies before, RR & B were naturally a little apprehensive. We therefore set out the process from start to finish with the customer, explaining the various sources where the candidates would be found and what we would do to ensure the best candidates for their business. What has followed is a strong relationship over the last 4 years with Alexander James Recruiting placing a number of individuals in Mechanic, Parts Advisor and Cleaner/Driver roles.
